You may return any unopen Flat-D product in 10 days from original purchase. You will be 100% satisfied or we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Shipping and Handling:
We have found that shipping via the US Mail is the most economical way to ship our products. A small shipping and handling flat charge of $3.00 to $8.00 will be added to each order based on the total value of the order (under $100)(over $100 will cost $20 for shipping).
